Enoch's Life 에녹의 삶(창세기 5장 24절)

Today's Verse

Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away. (Genesis 5:24)

에녹이 하나님과 동행하더니 하나님이 그를 데려가시므로 세상에 있지 아니하였더라 (창5:24)

살아서 죽음을 보지 않고 하늘로 올리운 이 놀라운 경험을 하게 된 에녹의 삶에 대해 성경은 뭐라고 기록하였나요? 뭔가 크고 놀라운 업적을 남겼거나 하나님을 위해 목숨까지 바치는 큰 헌신을 보였거나 특별한 일을 해서였을까요? 에녹은 하나님과 동행하였다고(walking with God) 나와 있습니다. 하나님께서 바라시는 것도 그것이 아닐까요(Isn't this what the Lord wants)? 하나님은 그 무엇도 부족함이 없으신 분이십니다. 나의 어떤 행위나 일보다도 하나님과 겸손히 동행하고 하나님께 언제나 기도하고 물으면서 그 뜻을 따라 늘 동행하는 삶이야말로, 살아생전에 하나님께서 데려갈 정도로 하나님을 기쁘시게(pleasing the Lord) 하는 것이 아닐까 싶습니다. 오늘 하루를 보내면서도 내가 어떻게 하나님과 동행할 수 있을지 힘써 봅시다.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I want to walk with You. I can seek You and pray at any time in any place. I know praying is just talking to You. Let me talk to You when sitting, standing, lying in the bed, and even when I'm taking a walk. Let me feel Your presence all around me. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Let me feel Your presence all around me 내 옆에 계신 주님의 임재를 느끼게 하소서
