The One Man 한 사람(로마서 5장19절)

영어성경으로 깊고 새로운 묵상을 해 봅시다.

Today's Verse

For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous. (Romans 5:19)

한 사람이 순종하지 아니함으로 많은 사람이 죄인 된 것 같이 한 사람이 순종하심으로 많은 사람이 의인이 되리라 (롬5:19)

한 사람이 순종치 않아(through the disobedience of the one man) 많은 이가 죄인이 되었고(the many were made sinners), 한 사람의 순종으로 말미암아(through the obedience of the one man) 많은 사람이 의롭게 되었습니다(the many will be made righteous). 앞의 한 사람은 아담, 뒤의 한 사람은 예수님을 가리킵니다. 한 사람의 그 불순종과 순종의 결과는 엄청납니다. 온 인류가 이로 인해 죄인이 되기도 하고, 의롭게 되기도 하니까요.

나 한 사람도 마찬가지입니다. 하나님의 시야에서 볼 때 나 한 사람은 어마어마하게 중요한 사람입니다(a very important person). 나에 대해 하나님의 시야로 바라보면서, 내가 하는 생각, 말, 행동을 신중한 태도로, 또 나를 귀히 여기는 태도로 합시다.
