NCCK-조그련 8·15 공동 기도문

한국기독교교회협의회(NCCK)와 북한 조선그리스도교연맹(조그련)이 8·15 광복절을 앞두고 한반도의 평화 정착을 염원하는 ‘2010 평화통일 남북공동기도주일’ 공동기도문을 28일 발표했다. NCCK와 조그련은 1989년부터 매년 광복절 직전 주일을 남북공동기도주일로 지켜오고 있다. 올해는 다음달 8일 인천 주안동 인천은혜교회(이종복 목사)에서 NCCK 회원교단 소속 교회들의 연합예배가 열릴 예정이다.

기도문은 “올해는 한·일 강제병합 100년, 해방과 분단 65년, 6·25 전쟁 60년, 6·15 선언 10년이 되는 해”라며 “이 역사 속에서 우리 민족에게 희망을 주시고, 고난 속에서도 동행해 주시고, 새 길을 열어 주시는 은혜에 감사와 찬양을 드린다”는 고백으로 시작한다. 이어 “일제의 찌꺼기를 청산하고, 한반도 평화의 전기를 마련하고, 남북 간 통일을 이루기 위해 모든 힘을 모아야 할 전환기지만 오히려 비방과 불신, 적대와 대결의 길로 접어들고 있다”며 하나님께 용서를 구한다.

기도문은 “대결과 전쟁의 길로 치닫고 있는 한반도에 평화 체제가 세워져 전쟁 위험이 없는 평화 지대가 되게 하시고, 핵무기 없는 세상이 되게 하옵소서”라고 간구한다. 특히 “온 세계에 하나님의 정의가 강물처럼 흐르고, 남북 교회가 한반도를 막고 있는 장벽을 허무는 일에 앞장서게 하옵소서”라며 민족의 회해와 평화, 통일을 위해 모든 교회가 쉬지 않고 기도해야 한다고 호소한다.

2010년 평화통일 남북공동기도주일 공동기도문

민족의 역사를 주관하시는 하나님!

올해는 한일강제병합 100년, 해방과 분단 65년, 6.25 전쟁 60년,

6.15 선언 10년이 되는 해입니다.

이 역사 속에 우리 민족에게 희망을 주시고, 고난 속에서도 동행하여 주시고,

8.15 해방의 역사를 맞이하게 하시고,

새 길을 열어주시는 은혜에 감사와 찬양을 드립니다.

용서의 하나님!

올해는 일제의 찌꺼기를 완전히 청산하고, 한반도 평화의 전기를 마련하고,

남북 간 통일을 이루기 위해 모든 힘을 모아야 할 전환기입니다.

그러나 오히려 그동안 남북이 함께 쌓아온 화해와 협력을 발전시키지 못하고,

또 다시 비방과 불신, 적대와 대결의 길로 접어들고 있습니다.

평화를 이루어 가는 하나님의 자녀로 살지 못한 우리의 죄를 용서하여 주시옵소서.

우리 민족의 평화와 통일을 인도하시는 하나님!

분단에 이어 대결과 전쟁의 길로 치닫고 있는 한반도에

평화체제가 세워져 전쟁위험이 없는 평화지대가 되고

한반도와 전 세계가 핵무기 없는 세상이 되게 하옵소서.

남북 사이의 불신과 대립이 해소되고 화해와 협력, 교류로 신뢰를 구축하고

함께 기뻐했던 6·15 통일시대가 재현되고, 더욱 활짝 열려져

남북 삼천리에 통일의 열기가 도도히 굽이치게 하옵소서.

교회를 주님의 일꾼으로 부르신 하나님!

남북 교회가 민족의 화해와 평화, 통일을 위한 기도를 쉬지 않게 하시고,

남북 간의 적대의식과 대결의식을 극복하는 일에 교회가 앞장서게 하시옵소서.

온 세계에 하나님의 정의가 강물처럼 흐르고,

온 땅에 평화의 기운이 퍼져 나가도록,

남북 교회가 한반도를 막고 있는 장벽을 허무는 일에 앞장서게 하옵소서.

주님이 주시는 화해와 평화, 통일의 그 날을 간구하는 사명을 교회가 다함으로써,

이 세상의 빛으로 오신 주님께 영광을 돌리게 하옵소서. 아멘.

2010 Common Prayer of North and South Korea

for Peaceful reunification



O, God who guides life of our nation!

On the occasion of 100thyear of Japanese annexation of Korea, 65th year of the Liberation and the Division, and 60th year of the Korean War,

We give thanks to you for that you have given hope to our nation in our history, been with us in our suffering, experienced of liberation from Japan on August 15(1945), and have opened a new vision.



O, God of forgiveness,

Even though this year should be a turning point for us to make all effort to wash off all the left from the Japanese colonialism, prepare a critical aspect for peace on the peninsula, and accomplish reunification of North and South Korea, we are, however, not developing the mood of reconciliation and cooperation which have been prepared by the North and South together and approaching again to mutual blame, mistrust, hostility and confrontation.

We ask your forgiveness on us who have not lived as your children pursuing peace.



God who guides our nation to peace and reunification!

We pray that this peninsula be a peace zone with peace system without war threat and Korean peninsula as well as all the world be without nuclear weapon.

We pray that mistrust and confrontation between the North and the South should be died down, mutual trust should be build through reconciliation, cooperation and exchanges, June 15 unification mood that we all had enjoyed should be revived in full blossom, and therefore heated atmosphere of unification should be winded its way through all this peninsula.



O, God who calls the church as your worker!

Guide us, churches of the North and the South, to pray continuously for national reconciliation, peace, and reunification.

Lead us, churches of the North and the South, to be in the lead to overcome those mind of hostility and confrontation.

In order to make God’s justice be flowing like stream over the world and peace spirit be spreading out the earth, guide us to take the lead in breaking down the wall between the North and the South.

Guide us to commit ourselves to play our mission praying peace and reunification of Korea and glory be to our Lord who come as the light of the world. Amen.
