Rodeo hands work to successfully revive a rider who was knocked unconscious after he was bucked from a bull during a riding event on the eve of the annual Santo Domingo festival, in Managua, Nicaragua, Sunday, July 29, 2018. The first ten days of August are reserved for festivities that include processions, bull riding, parties and church services to pay homage to the popular saint who is fondly referred to as "Minguito". The festival has its roots in the 1885 discovery of the 8-centimeter (a little over 3-inch) statue of Santo Domingo de Guzman also known as St. Dominic de Guzman, the founder of the Dominican religious order.
